ABOUT VF HEALTH & FITNESS

VF Health & Fitness is a family-owned business that opened its doors in March 2022. It is located in the middle of Fyshwick and is a great place to come to for an early morning sweat, a lunch break workout, or an after-work training session. Underneath the Karate school, VF Health and Fitness is perfect for parents to do something while their child trains. It is also an excellent add-on for adult karate training to build strength and muscle. With top-of-the-line equipment and a variety of choices to use, you’ll find anything you need to train insane!

For the parents out there “umming” and “ahhing” about whether they want to join the gym downstairs… Do It!

I have been a member for 3 weeks now and I feel so much better for it! While the kids are at their lesson, instead of sitting in the car, I’m downstairs in the gym for 45min working on my physical (and mental!) health.

A big shout out to Gordon! He is absolutely amazing. He has developed a plan for me to work on and I haven’t once walked in and felt hopeless! Gordon has encouraged and pushed me to my limits every time I’m there. If I can do it, anyone can!
